I recently came across a little-known LinkedIn trick that most job seekers have never heard of.

It lets you find brand-new job postings within hours of going live — before hundreds of other applicants even see them — and it could give you a serious advantage in landing interviews.

How the Hack Works

1️⃣ Go to LinkedIn Jobs.
2️⃣ Type in your target role in the search bar.
3️⃣ Under the Date Posted filter, choose “Past 24 hours.”
4️⃣ Look at the URL in your browser — find the number 86400 (this is the number of seconds in 24 hours).
5️⃣ Change it to 14400 (the number of seconds in 4 hours).
6️⃣ Hit Enter.

Just like that, LinkedIn will now only show jobs posted in the last 4 hours.
